Can we amalgamate all these comments - there are quite a few versions of this and it would be a shame not to etg all the vites together. Entirely right though - a SharePoint tab in teams should have the same functionality as the library/view behind it otherwise it is not useful (in fact just confusing).
This item is still in the works.
Also, thank you for the additional feedback. I will circle back to the feature team and provide a new update soon.
Frankly with this problem I an;t see the point of the current option to add a sharepoint document library as a tab.
This feature request is working its way through the backlog queue. No new details are available yet.
This item is still in the queue. I’m still awaiting more feedback and hope to have more details to share soon.
The feature team is still reviewing, there is lots of discussion about this item and I hope to have a decision soon.
I think that having some messages going to the outlook group and some being in a chat in teams is going to be baffling to many users being able to see both automatically is key. It is particularly weird that I get to the calendar meetings from the group in tams but not the messages.
Also external users can communicated to an understood e-mail address and then team members who need to could see this.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered for testing the Office 365 group calendar. The TAP team will be reaching out as we are closer to being ready.
