This year-old bug has popped back up, as some of you may have noticed.
It is only affecting users who are scrolled at 85%. If you are experiencing this, please send me user logs so the team can crush this bug!
Thank you :-)

Hi Oscar, I sent this to our release manager! I think he’ll like the idea. I’ll let you know if we move on it.
Have a great weekend.

The option to “discard” suggested contacts in your chat list is rolling out to users. We will be making further changes to make suggested contacts more relevant for new users in the future as well, so marking as partially completed. Thanks for your patience with this one.

We are getting closer, and are still working thru some bugs, but hope to release this as part of a Public Preview pack in early 2021! (Windows 10 released with the December 2020 pack this week)
You can learn more about the new Microsoft Teams Public Preview program here: https://aka.ms/TeamsPublicPreview, and Teams administrators can find documentation to manage which users will see the Public Preview option here: https://aka.ms/TeamsPublicPreviewAdmin

+5 to this one, PLUS these notifications don't disappear when I move into the app, and they last WAY too long. Native native native for all these things, otherwise it's not intuitive and I'd rather use free slack or gchat.

We are working on a design with more density in mind. Until this design is solidified we are putting this item back to Under Review.

yes, allow us to dismiss them— one of mine is for a colleague who passed away, so it makes me sad to see his name every morning.
