   Was hoping to enable this for my institution to help in the possibility that we may be going to all online classes for a period of time due to the coronavirus/COVID-19. Should this happen, all campus community members will not be seeing one another in informal/unstructured settings, it'd be nice to have an all-users team where everyone could connect and collaborate without being added to teams for formal group/class/etc.
