The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

Thank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

Yes this is just really driving me nuts. CONSTANT login issues. Particularly when switching my Cisco AnyConnect VPN on and off.

I can't believe this hasn't gotten more votes. History is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO painful to use at the moment. And it wouldn't matter so much if search wasn't so bad too. Whole word search is completely impractical.

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

Yeah there's a big problem when using Teams on multiple devices. If my desktop Teams has focus, my mobile won't receive notifications anymore. This is a problem if I'm afk like receiving a phone call or grabbing a drink or whatever. I'd love to have the option of always pushing notifications to mobile.

The ability to turn off emojis is still being worked upon.
Also, there is work to create a compact mode which will also help reduce white space… which in turn will impact some of the complaints are far as wasted space from the emojis as well, that have been voiced in the comments.
Stay tuned for more details.

I'm not sure how large emoji was ever considered a good idea in any chat application. It's really an eye-sore. Please MSFT add an option for normal size emoji.

Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

The file upload speed when sharing (drag/dropping) is absolutely abysmal. Took me 10s to upload a 23KB file on a 100mbit upload speed connection.

My workflow is literally to change to my phone when I want to reply. How on earth is this feature taking so long to implement?
