    How about merge calls functionality in addition? Skype for Business had "merge call", but in Teams everyone already on the call has to hear the whole process of dialing out to the other person. Not optimal.

    @TBishop, that isn't the same feature. That's about sending a call to voicemail.

    The original poster is looking for the ability to forward an existing voicemail to another user. While it's possible to do this in Outlook, this function should be native to the Teams UI because people expect this as a standard feature due to legacy PBXs having this feature.

    Thanks for your feedback. The transfer to voicemail option is currently in testing and will be released soon.

    Note: Direct calls to a users voicemail is a separate feature which is planned. We’ll update when we have more details to share on this one.

    Ok, so I have this feature now, but it's too many clicks for an operator to do...

    Process is... consultive transfer, find recipient, call or chat to recipient, recipient doesn't want to talk, call then goes on hold,

    Now the extra work starts..
    you need to click transfer AGAIN, then search for the recipient AGAIN, click drop-arrow next to transfer, select Business Voicemail.

    This flow has too many steps.

    Leave the recipient selected or easily available and have a button that isn't 1 level deeper for transferring to voicemail.

    We do the vast majority of our work in RDP sessions spanned across multiple screens, but run apps like Teams and Skype for Business locally. Having "Always on Top" functionality is essential for us to see notifications in a timely manner.

    Also, Always on Top will allow us to see our RDP sessions at the same time we participate in a Teams meeting.
