The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

@Alex - any chance of an update on this one? As Teams becomes more popular, this becomes more necessary. Thanks

This feature is needed. As currently unsupported will be transitioning multiple organizations away from teams to other platforms as unable to meet modern business expectations.

Am encouraged to see Alex's reply on 7th July 2020 - thank you for posting. This continues to be a major issue for me as a consultant with my own business' Office 365 account, and working with multiple clients as external consultant on their Teams as well. Either the ability to operate multiple teams accounts in parallel, or (preferably) cross-domain teams is very much needed.

All the "Consultants" who are suffering. Everyone has this problem. Think outside the box - like consultant should do.

This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.

Using teams for our end users but for conference rooms we moved over to zoom rooms as its a superior product and has a lot more third party support from integrators, Team rooms meeting has literally no industry backing from integrators who stay away from it. Now were in a situation where we would like our zoom rooms to join team meetings and vice versa. this may force us to zoom all together since they support the feature.

Thank you for your feedback! We are updating this as “Partialy Done” as our first step to solving for pinned posts has been released! Pinned posts allows users from a team to pin a message for everyone in the channel to be able to easily reference. While any message can be pinnable, we expect our users to use this feature to pin information like channel guidelines or important announcements. We know this doesn’t solve all pinning scenarios, and that there is still a need to make this easier for users to find, especially within the message list. We will share another update as soon as it is available.

I am trying to use Eventable but it doesn't like the MS Teams live event link! What a frustration as you would think developers would have thought of this! Of course we need this to be in outlook calendars for invitees to accept or decline and be reminded. Not just a link!
