The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop and web clients. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

Clicking on the join button in an Outlook reminder takes you to the browser to launch Teams today. The work to bypass the browser and directly launch Teams is being worked on. We’ll update when we have more details.

[tl;dr:] if you don't want to be disturbed by notifications at 6AM, _do_ put your phone on silent! :)
i really don't think you should decide when others should receive your messages.
they (and you included:)) should set up notifications in such a way that it is just the right amount of disturbing at any given time.
if it's your "quiet hours", set up your apps/devices to respect that, so that they will start collecting these for you and only bother you with it in the morning.
in the meantime, if you'd be interested in what's happening regardless of being in the middle of the night, you should be able to do that as an exception.please dont take the option of such exceptions away from me :)

drafts vs schedule_later are for completely different purposes:
schedule_later is if you have the complete post but don't want to send it just yet. personally i don't see the need for such a thing in an app like MS Teams, where custom notifications are the holy grail.
drafts, in turn, are not for being able to send something later, but for being able to _edit_ something later, before sending it:) this means that in this case, you just don't have the full message composed yet. do not mix the two use cases, please :)
