Thank you all for the feedback.
This is very much the same as the nesting channels/parent child groups-
Project- All people- 6 people
Design- 2 people + PM
Build- 2 People + PM
Content- 2 People + PM
When tasking and using planner you want to be able to assign to a channel and presently everyone in the team is getting it. We have too many moving parts and notifications and tasking will be difficult to maintain

Definitely smaller teams on a project/team. This would be very helpful when trying to assign tasks through outlook/tasking. Then, like a security group controls folder access, the assigning a task can be given to a team, and as a member of the team you can move the task in progress or complete. Presently we are creating a team; graphics team; builder team; manager team for every project and then creating a roll-up account. Additionally sub-channels are also helpful- we have many phases and many sub-teams may be called upon to contribute at different phases.
Thanks for the feedback.
We are considering a number of ways to better integrate experiences across Teams, Outlook, and other apps. However, we don’t have any specifics to share on this request.
The feature team is still reviewing, there is lots of discussion about this item and I hope to have a decision soon.
This is still in the works. I don’t have a timeline yet, but I hope to have some more details to share in the coming weeks.
I know how important this and am working on getting more feedback for you.
This is still being worked upon. I hope to have more details in the next couple months.
Please know the team is actively working on this feature.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered for testing the Office 365 group calendar. The TAP team will be reaching out as we are closer to being ready.
