Seems that this has not been rolled out - or is not completed - as otherwise stated by Microsoft.
According to the Teams app it self, I am having the latest version installed: "Microsoft Teams Version 1.0.00.22051 (64-bit). Last updated on 8/15/17". However, users can still not find public teams and it still says "Add team"..
VERY CONFUSING - and users are complaining seriously about usability here!
Please provide a detailed update of roll-out or what version it is available in.
The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

We are working on a design with more density in mind. Until this design is solidified we are putting this item back to Under Review.
Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.
