You should be able to react with any emoji. If people really want to lock this down they should be able to by flagging if the emoji is allowed or not on a per-item basis - after all, PowerShell exists and likely you already have a "can use reactions" as a boolean anyway.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.

    Thanks!

Can we have an update on this. I haven't seen the progression of any "stages" at all with regards to this.
And everyone's at home right now expecting us contractor IT people to magically be in all their tenancies at once looking for messages.

It's a WORKAROUND, not a SOLUTION, but I have discovered that the CTRL+SCROLL trick works to make things bigger/smaller. At 1920x1080, 100% DPI scaling, you can scroll out to 85% and only use half the page.
However, if you don't have 40/20 (20/10) vision like myself, this will just hurt your eyes.

We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.

Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

Channel owners/admins should be able to drag 'n drop items around.

If a conversation becomes disjointed it should be easy to put a conversation above/below or even nested inside another one.

Conversations should be able to be moved between projects (sometimes you might start talking about B while in a chat about A).

Portions of private conversations should be able to be added to pages/archived/cleared.
