    Hey Kip, it’s Suphatra.

    So, right now I’m not outfitted to triage bugs from the general public. Then I’d never see my family, and I’m pretty sure they aren’t down with that. Right now we’re validating and bug triaging only from beta customers and internally, but that will change over time as the product matures.

    I have added a category in UserVoice called “Bugs” (I just added it today!). So that people can view and vote on bugs that have happened to them. I’d like to see if we find patterns of bugs.

    For now, I hope that helps. You can always email me or ping me on Twitter at @skprufo if a bug has really ruined your day.

    Appreciate this, although certainly not wanting to put more work on you! One benefit of logging bugs is that we can comment/vote on them, letting me know for example if it's just me or if others are affected, to. To be honest we're having more issues with Planner than Teams recently, maybe you can put a bug in their ear to create the same category! Thanks, kip

    Would like to add that although there is the "view team", which shows team members, would be very useful to sort by presence and/or show who is currently online.

    Both. We're "independent contractors" all working remotely, and it would be very helpful to see who was logged in, and who was active in what channel

    You can integrate Microsoft Planner or Trello as a tab in any channel in Teams. Just click the little + sign in your channel’s tabs section, and choose Planner or Trello from the pop-up window.

    Thanks for the continued activity on this ticket and showing me this new idea. Can someone please create a new UV idea and rally the troops to vote for it? I love the idea of @here — a good idea for the Presence team.

    Note: You CAN @ tag a channel to get the channel’s attention and make it bold so people will look at the channel.
