PLEASE DONT COMBINE. Create new TAB or just put it in Activity TAB. Good solution in ACTIVITY TAB would be to maybe let someone filter show only new activity or show all chats and teams. Then let us sort.

try this instead  ·  Suphatra responded

I really like the suggestion of creating an alarm on a message, so you come back to it. I’ve passed this on to our engineering team.

Meanwhile, here’s another feature you can utilize for the same purpose — use our “bookmark” button, which is in the upper right corner of every message. This will save that message or thread directly to your profile. To access your saved messages, just click your face in the upper left corner of the product. You’ll see a tab in the left rail that says “Saved.” This is like a list of little reminders.

    Hope that helps! :-)

SUPHATRA. I think he probably knows about your solution. Although it is necessary to have bookmarked messages in one place under you profile so you can find them inaces you forget where you bookmarked, (please don't take that away) IT would be more beneficial if bookmarked were also chat or team specific which can be used as a TO DO or TASK in that specific area. Perhaps making them a TAB on top would be great solution, or if they should be considered private bookmarks then perhaps a Bookmark BUTTON under each CHAT/TEAM tha would expand a side bard with bookmarks.

Thank you for your continued feedback! We are happy to share that we have rolled out 800+ emojis to our Desktop and Web platforms, with Mobile rolling out in the coming months. This update includes 6 skin tone options, different genders for applicable emojis, and emojis featuring people with disabilities. Please note that you can also add native OS emojis using “Win + .” shortcut in Windows and “Cmd + Ctrl + Space” in MacOS.

Today, you can add a custom meme with your own caption in the Sticker/Memes feature. To learn more, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/send-an-emoji-gif-or-sticker-in-teams-174248c9-e64d-4de1-9f41-3199cc0751ad.

YES Please add reactions to comments. BUT most importantly CUSTOM emojis that have motion. I will never be able to transfer our office of 50ppl to Teams unless the playfulness of Slack is in Teams as well.

Also a great way to implement something new would be to allow screenshot annotation. We communicate by screenshots A LOT so pasting image from clipboard into text works well but perhaps if you added a button over that image that says ANNOTATE and the image would expand and you could add emojis, text and handwrite as well and then send after youre done

Conversations take too much room. Compress them no need for that large REPLY below put it to the side. If one person messages few times in a row combine it with like a line separator of slightly larger space. TOOOO MUCH scrolling now and few messages on screen. Slack is excellent at this. In a same size half screen windows while I see 20 messages in slack I only see about 8 in Teams. Please compress. Its waste of space
