we have this!  ·  Suphatra responded

Thank you so much for this feedback. I was actually sitting with a user yesterday who was struggling to add users to a channel because she was typing in names one by one, which is a normal inclination. I showed her that she can put any distribution list into the field (for example, all@mycompany.com) and it would invite everyone who is on that email address. Try it out and let me know if you have any more questions. I’ve also routed this feedback to design so they can implement a sign or something to show people that they can do this.

Thank you for helping us make Teams awesome!

    Sincerely,
    Suphatra

Suphatra. Hiding is not deleting, so the "try this" only works for that use case. Only providing a "Hide" option violates a user's ability to delete a chat/data and could potentially violate GDPR. Also, it is confusing you provide a hide option when you can pin/un-pin conversations. I would presume you should ditch hide, replace it with delete, and keep pinned/unpinned and assume anyone who previously needed "Hide" can just leave conversations un-pinned.

Talk to your Yammer colleagues, it prompts to update as well. Also multi-monitor resumption after updating is goofy and takes back main monitor/laptop display.

The admin update is correct. First of all, you are assuming from outlook folks are doing file, save as, and they are somehow syncing their Team library locally. In reality, you are asking users to file, save as, dump it somewhere, then upload it back into teams. Curiously, you can cloudy doc upload an outlook attachment straight to OneDrive but not SPO. Another gap is, from within office, you can save right to SPO.
From my perspective, you always want a clear no-temporary path to get users to transition files. Each step they have to save a file off somewhere and can't move (drag-and-drop) or send directly (outlook attachment item sub-men, upload to, Team Site).

The classification label of the Team (group) should also be able to match AIP labels. It makes more sense to classify a team with an AIP label than a generic text label with no meaning.
