    FYI - Under Device Settings, you can change the 'Noise suppression' to 'Low' from 'Auto', and it helps, so until somebody from Microsoft reads this post some time in the next decade, this may help individuals. It doesn't help classrooms or can be administered centrally, unfortunately.

    In the meantime, you may want to try using the “Do No Disturb” status if you are in a call or meeting, and do not want to get call notifications (rings and toasts).     Could someone from Microsoft please respond? This is supposed to be where you hear the user's voice, so responding to that is part of that process and it doesn't give us a high level of confidence in this forum if you don't do so, especially with 600+ votes.

    Could someone from Microsoft please respond? This is 6 months ago, and this forum is supposed to be where you hear the user's voice, so please hear and respond.

    I had this issue and had to work with Microsoft Support. It took 2 months. You will want to check with how your phone numbers were ported over, that often is the issue. Just my experience.

    Someone from MIcrosoft make a comment please. That's what this platform is for, yet we have no response for 9 months on this issue. Mobile devices are essential to the Teams experience, and this is making us consider dropping VoIP with Teams and heading back to a phone system.

    Folks, how is this a UserVoice issue and not a technical support issue? If the product is broken, this isn't a forum to say 'Hey, it'd be great if the stuff we buy works' and you say 'Oh, we'll add that to things to do...' This is broken! Fix it! I recommend all affected by this submit support requests.
