I just spent 2 days trying to install a phone system on Bus Premium.
It is terrible that this ignoring SME's requirements. Again very USA centric.
Just let us pay for a phone system add on, this is so important to small businesses.
Absolutely ridiculous, if they want teams to really work, you need to be able to call out to external phones like skype.
Ignoring the massive SMB market again shows USA concentric thinking and not looking at EU and ASEAN countries.
To me, this is not even a technical issue, it is some idiot product manager/accountant thinking they can get people to ship to E3 from business premium, which is not going to happen
Even with WhatsApp, you can cut and paste into an excel spreadsheet, and with a couple of Macros do a nicely formatted history which of course you can search through.
WHAT were they thinking ?
There is no way to search in the conversations. so something over a year you cannot find the date and time you agreed or revealed something.
Also you cannot cut and paste, it seems like it will only allow a few lines to be copied, I tried to copy about 100 lines and it wouldn't paste all but a few.

This feature is still on the backlog.
Again I say use ISO8601, there can be no confusion then, it is the only sensible way.
It also means if you extract into text you can sort in order, which doesn't work with any other date.
I really find it difficult to understand when there is an ISO standard it is not used.
Just like ISO std for Currrencies, like USD, HKD, GBP it means no confusion. $ can mean many different currencies.
MS should learn to default to ISO8601, it is the only date format that makes sense globally. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601
I get so fed up with USA date formats on all of the cloud/office file listings.
