We implemented this in our organization, but I believe our IT guru had to do it from the Admin Console. The Team has to be built there to get this functionality. I'm having the same issue on other teams that were not built this way. Wonder if you use the get email address, which would send an email to the Team itself, then set up a flow to distribute to the members? just a thought
