Due to prioritization of other work-items this has been moved to the backlog. We will update when it is being actively worked on again.
And of course - move Wiki - now, don't know how to do it - only copy/paste every content manually - not good.
If it can't be done as move, than maybe easier will be to do it as copy?
- Copy all conversation
- Copy all files (it can easily be done by OneDrive app)
- Copy all TAB or one TAB - now it is necessary to copy/paste links to TAB and write names of TAB once again. IT is normall that the same TAB we need to use in different Team/Channel.
This feature request is still on the backlog. I’m waiting to hear more that I can share.
I really like the suggestion of creating an alarm on a message, so you come back to it. I’ve passed this on to our engineering team.
Meanwhile, here’s another feature you can utilize for the same purpose — use our “bookmark” button, which is in the upper right corner of every message. This will save that message or thread directly to your profile. To access your saved messages, just click your face in the upper left corner of the product. You’ll see a tab in the left rail that says “Saved.” This is like a list of little reminders.
Hope that helps! :-)
Can I ask to make connection to Microsoft flow "When a Save the message" is clicked then we can do something in a Flow with this - send e-mail, make a task etc. Simple flow connection give users lots of scenarios they need.
This request has been declined by the feature team.
Private channels may help with items such as this request once they are released. The Private channel topic is tracked at http://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103/suggestions/16911079
Please note the handling of “Guest Accounts” is a separate ask and can be found at: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16911109-guest-access
The request about “Guest Access at the Channel” level is being tracked by this request: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/31374577-guest-access-should-be-implemented-at-the-channel
Thank you all for the feedback.
This is connected or the same as https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/16911079-support-for-private-channels
The same scenarios we have in our company:
1. Project Team - one channel to work with supplier
2. Department team - one channel for several user, other for several other e.q. geographic regions
3. Team for solving confidential cases - every channel should be visible for team and every channel for one/two more persons. Every channel different persons
Making Team for every case when we need to add one person to a one conversation makes no sens (separate SharePoint site etc), but adding to a channel - yes, the same as adding it to one folder from library people are using it today.
Lots of people waiting for this.
When user is working on Document and want to use rught chat panel then on small screens document is so small that hard to read it. Then it will bo good to have button to hide left panel for the time working on document.
We acknowledge the customer demand for Private Channels and have been hard at work on it. Private Channels is currently in preview with a select group of customers. We expect to release the feature to the public later this Fall, and will update here when we are starting to roll out to all customers. We appreciate all the feedback you have provided to us on this forum and thank you for your patience.
Private teams is not the answer. There is a situation when you want to add one/few person only to one channel for consulting and leave other channel as confidential from his eyes. To do ne team for that, and moving files, Tabs, conversation (what is not possible to do) is not a solution.
Private channel is the answer for this need.

This request is still queued within our backlog. No new details yet.
It would be great if we can see in Teams that somebody is on holiday/vacation/trip. Two scenarios:
1. Integration with Exchange Out of the Office (OoO) information - one or two directional
2. Possibility to mark OoO information in Teams.
Could be connected with user presence in Teams, which is lack too.
We are working on a better experience in Teams when a user is not connected to the internet. No timeline to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.
