Same issue starting sometime this week with a Dell Latitude E7450, Windows 10 connected to a USB Docking Station 'Plugable UD-3900' using DisplayLink 9.2.2220.0 M1. I have Microsoft Teams Version 1.2.00.22654 (64-bit). It was last updated on 8/27/19.
Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.
