The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.

We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

Due to a priority shift this request has slipped to the backlog. I hate to bring bad news. I will continue to provide the feature team your feedback and votes.
Hopefully this will move back up in the queue soon.

I have been wondering the same thing. We have been using Teams heavily for the last 6 months. I am a manager at a consulting firm and we are currently creating a Team for each of our clients and then building a Channel for each project we are executing under the client Team. I personally have 43 Teams currently active with multiple channels active under each. I could really use a way to organize all these teams. Folders would be a good start to separate high priority, Active, On Hold, Etc. Then I think an alphabetize option would be key to easy navigation of such a large list.
This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.
We are currently testing the new Tasks app internally. We will share an update as soon as it’s available.
This feature request is working its way through the backlog queue. No new details are available yet.
Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:
- Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook
- Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams
- Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

This item remains on the backlog.
Thank you for your feedback. The team is currently planning for this work, we will share an update as soon as one is available.
