Not having this functionality in Teams is holding back good collaboration and between clients, consultants/contractors and third party suppliers. Simply relying on email as the only form of communicating with external parties is not very helpful or productive. Setting up a group chat is far more useful. A workaround is to create a meeting which is not as spontaneous as just chatting!
