Thank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

Great performance and user experience remain a topmost priority for us. Application launch time has seen improvements in the recent build. We will continue making improvements across the product including channel to chat switching and overall resource consumption.

The ability to use multiple Teams accounts at the same time is supported on iOS & Android today. The feature team is continuing to work on support for multiple accounts on desktop. We’ll keep you posted as we have more details.

Currently, start day for the week and the work-week are set based on your language in Settings in Microsoft Teams. The Calendar team has work on the backlog to address the case where users may want a different week/work-week start day than is usual for their language setting.

Until then, the team wanted to share this workaround for setting the work-week start day via OWA, while leaving your language settings as-is.

    - Open Outlook Web Access (“OWA”), and go to the Settings panel, as described in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/office/calendar-settings-in-outlook-web-app-84544ef2-d5cf-4696-bcb3-cc87719a3e07.
    - In the OWA Settings, click “View all Outlook Settings”
    - Use the settings under “Show work week as” to choose your work-week days.
    - Click “Save”
    - Return to Teams, click on your photo/initials at the top right and choose “Sign Out”

Terribly annoying. Is that little thing that makes a minor problem soooo relevant.

    I totally disagree

TEAMS are for conversations under a subject
    CHATS are for chatting randomly

    TEAMS get subjects organized
CHATS are side conversations not in a specific subject

    Please keep them separate, however:
. "Start a new conversation" input field in Teams should be placed on top of the screen to avoid confusion with "Reply" input field under each conversation
. Each Team's channel should have an index including all created subjects under the channel

This way Teams will replace emails and Chat will allow us to chat on random matters outside conversation's subjects.

I totally disagree. They should be kept separately. Chats are for chatting on random stuff that shows up frequently. Teams have organized conversations inside each channel. Two completely different things. They should never be put together.
If you find it confusing it's because you don't understand how it works.

Due to a priority shift this request has slipped to the backlog. I hate to bring bad news. I will continue to provide the feature team your feedback and votes.
Hopefully this will move back up in the queue soon.

We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

You can follow the rollout via our Roadmap item: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=57213. To see a preview of the experience, please visit https://youtu.be/rTATVGroEsQ.
