We've build the solution: https://sendlater.cemble.com
Send Later is an app for Microsoft Teams that allows you to do just what you're asking for: schedule messages to be sent at a later point in time. So when you've got that interesting idea at 6:00AM on a Saturday you can schedule it to be sent at 8:00AM on Monday. The message will go out on your behalf at the specified time and you won't wake anyone up.
There's also a dashboard where you can see all scheduled messages and cancel them if you've changed your mind.
The app will launch soon, you can sign-up to be notified on our website. We'd love to hear your feedback, feature requests and ideas. You can get in touch through our contact form (https://sendlater.cemble.com/#contact).

Hey John, we've built an app for Microsoft Teams that can do this: https://sendlater.cemble.com
Once installed, you'll have an additional icon at the bottom of your chatbox where you can schedule your non-urgent message to be delivered at another time (e.g. Monday morning). When the scheduled time comes around the message is sent on your behalf just like a regular message. You can even cancel a message before it's sent in case it becomes irrelevant.
The app will soon be available through the Teams app marketplace, you can sign-up on our website and we'll notify you when we're launching. Would love to hear more about your use-case and ideas for the app, you can reach out through the contact form on our site :)

Putting this item under review so we can investigate the scenario. Currently you can use Flow to automate posting. DRI/POC can be maintained in a list or file and message can be sent to Teams channels at designated intervals. For schedules as mentioned you might also consider using the Shifts app inside of Teams. This would provide additional features like shift swapping, activity lists for each shift etc.

Hey Bengie, we've built something that'll help you out: https://sendlater.cemble.com
With Send Later you can schedule messages to be posted at a specific point in time. This way you can draft multiple routine notifications with different timings and have them sent to channels and group chats on your behalf. If something changes in the meantime you can even cancel message before they're sent. Everything's integrated into the regular Teams experience in form of the Send Later app.
It's almost ready, sign-up on our website and we'll notify you upon launch. In the meantime, we'd love to hear your feedback, feature requests and ideas. You can get in touch through our contact form (https://sendlater.cemble.com/#contact).
Send Later, our app for Microsoft Teams, can help you out and is now published:
https://sendlater.cemble.com
You can directly install it in Teams through this link:
https://teams.microsoft.com/l/app/b393bd3e-0f03-4455-b26a-234ee95a54a4
It'll add an additional icon to your chat box where you can schedule a message to be delivered at a future point in time. You can give it a try for free and we'd love to hear you feedback :)
