Thank you for your reports on this. Microsoft is working to re-enable secure support for virtual camera apps on the Mac client. Until then, you can use the virtual camera in Teams in Chrome or Edge on your Mac.
We will update here and at the link below when there is more news: https://docs.microsoft.com/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-on-mac/virtual-camera-doesnt-work-macos.

We are working on improving the Microsoft Whiteboard in Teams to include new features including sticky notes, pen and ink, and drag and drop capabilities. These features will enable team members who don’t have access to a touchscreen or Surface Hub to participate in whiteboarding sessions during Teams meetings. You can read more details here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/blog/2020/07/08/reimagining-virtual-collaboration-future-work-learning/.

I understand the need, e.g. we do not use Yammer to not have just another tool on top.
I would help reduce the huge number of teams we have. But I think the channel presentation and navigation needs to be improved compared to today. -

I understand the need, but please, Teams must stay simple!
If this is done wrong from the visualization, UI, clearness, and simplicity, it will confuse people being confronted with too many different channel types. -

Is sounds interesting, but we make the whole channel topic more and more complicated. I wonder if this creates more confusion, so it needs to be visualized clearly. Anyway, I agree on the need to have cross team interaction.

We need threads in chats to replace email traffic better.
We have repeated discussions to replace emails more with Teams which is ok when Channels are used.
Now to 1:1 chats (or few to few = group chat):
What I miss most is the additional structure by threads. If I am discussing three different topics with one person, Teams chats is not a good UX, because I always need to mention the topic like:
"... to point 1 I agree. To point 2 I disagree because ..."
This is easy on simple one-sentence-topics, but for more complicated things it does not make things easier - and whoops we are back to email. I believe, introducing threads of subjects might be helpful (assuming we get a better solution to distinguish between "Create a new conversation" and "Reply" - otherwise we end up with the same mess of people mixing up replies and new topics like we have today.
