You can make these edits using a cmdlet, please see the documentation at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/users-and-groups/Set-UnifiedGroup?view=exchange-ps

It needs to be done by Teams Owner. Not ideal to bug those tenant admins to use the cmdlet for this kind of change..

Yes, we need this. There should be option/feature to disassociate services ,e.g.Teams, Yammer, Planner, PowerBI etc.. from an O365 Group. Thanks
