   Teams has replaced e-mail for many organizations when it comes to internal communication.

   Therefore it should only be NATURAL that you do not lose the best features of e-mail.

   Just like you can schedule an e-mail to a colleague to be within work hours, you should be able to have a dropdown just next to the Send button (icon) that allows you to delay the message you are about to send.
