The team has updated the default sound for Teams notifications so it is more noticeable. We are in final testing, with a goal to release the new sound by the end of this quarter.

I’m excited to let everyone know that a new build that saves the theme setting is rolling out this week! I’ll mark completed once it’s fully rolled out.
Thanks for your patience!

Hi — My apologies for the delay in updating this item. We rolled out a fix a year ago for a specific issue of status changing to away in Teams when you were still active on the device. We thought this had fixed the “incorrect status” issue. From comments below, it sounds like people are still seeing issues.
If you are still having issues, it would be super helpful if you can capture logs by typing Ctrl + Shift + Alt + 1, and send the file from your downloads folder along with device info and detailed repro steps to teamsml@microsoft.com.
Thanks all!

Looks like it does work if you just search for a person and then click add vs using the people list on the left.

I have had this problem too, and trust me I find it not intuitive either.
I’ve sent this to the Files team and I’m going to find out where this is on the backlog so I can report back to you guys.
Meanwhile, the workaround is that you have to delete the chat message of which you sent the message.
Thanks and tweet me @skprufo if you have any questions!

if you have an existing post that you want to show in a different channel, you can edit the message and cross-post. This will add the top-level post to the different channel, but will not include the full set of replies. We will keep this request in mind as we evolve the cross-posting feature in the future and update if the status changes.
Details on cross posting can be found here: https://support.office.com/article/cross-post-a-channel-conversation-in-teams-9c1252a3-67ef-498e-a7c1-dd7147b3d295.

At a minimum have the ability to Export/Import Conversation History on both a Channel and 1:1. This way we could semi manually move content (Conversations/Files) from one Team to another.

This continues to be on our backlog due to prioritization of other work items. We will update when there is more to share.

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

One other thing to note is that if you already are maxed on channels you can still restore deleted channels. If you can shed some light on the limitation and what might be impacted by having more then 100 channels since I now have 103 based on restoring 3 deleted channels.
