Thank you for your feedback. The team is currently planning for a profile editing experience for Guests that will include changing profile images as well as updating display names. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

The recorded meetings from Teams (scheduled or meet now) are hosted on Stream which currently does not allow for sharing with Guest accounts. I agree some Guest users may want to view a missed meeting but a scenario that would could be used more often, perhaps would be the sharing of quick how to "screen share" recordings used to clarify a topic in discussion. If a picture is worth a thousand words then a video could be worth millions.

Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:

    - Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook

    - Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams

    - Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

See this post for more information:

Having the option to set HiddenFromExchangeClientsEnabled during the Teams provisioning process only would solve our issues partially because if an employee discovers they made a mistake creating their new Team the burden to fix that issue remains in the hands of an someone technically competent to run PowerShell. I would like to see the option available to toggle HiddenFromExchangeClientsEnabled during the Teams provisioning process and in the UI where a Teams Owner could manage this option

The team has delivered improvements to the New Meeting experience in Calendar such as optional attendees, richer custom recurrence UX, as well as enhanced meeting RSVPs.

To learn more about RSVPing to meetings in the Teams Calendar, how to create a recurring meeting, and the new meeting scheduling experience including the scheduling assistant, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/office/schedule-a-meeting-in-teams-943507a9-8583-4c58-b5d2-8ec8265e04e5.

A similar issue occurs when you rename the TEAM. When the Microsoft Team site is first created a process (workflow) provisions the Modern SharePoint site and builds out the related notebooks, etc. However when the team site is renamed not everything originally set up will change. The URL will still reflect the original team name, the team notebook will still have the original team name as a title, etc. It would be nice to see that when a team site or channel is renamed that all the associated components reflect that change.

With that being said, I think the Microsoft Teams approach is a wonderful collaborative solution.
