Audio + Video Conferencing dial in numbers, since SIP Trunks are the industry term for what Microsoft calls Direct Routing.

The H.323 and SIP standards-based video endpoints currently deployed cannot natively join a MS Teams meeting.

Some web conferencing systems (e.g. WebEx) provide a SIP video address in the meeting invite, which makes it a lot easier for the conference room hard codec (e.g. Cisco SX20/80) to join the meeting by letting you dial in via SIP address.
