    Having the same issue, started about a week ago. I've never been able to answer calls but my physical "mute" button used to control the Teams software mute function, it no longer does. I'm using a Jabra ENC010 and Teams You have Microsoft Teams Version (64-bit). It was last updated on 11/17/20.

    It seems odd that the "break" wasn't directly tied to the last Teams Update.
