This feature is essential in that it supports speed, ease, efficiency and security.
Having each user to have to manually re-develop and maintain common distribution lists is an inefficient use of time and increases the risk of error in communications. The use of the Outlook-based distribution lists increase the capability to easily identify and find available members on a team and provides a means to accurately maintain that information. This avoids leaving someone out of a message, meeting or call, as well as ensuring those no longer on a team do not receive information that they should not have access to.
