Unfortunately because of changing priorities, this feature was moved to the backlog. The team hopes to pick it up again in the near future.

Adding any emoji as a reaction remains under review.
I am marking this as partially done to let you know a new reactions bar with Like, Heart, Laugh, Surprised, Sad, and Angry has begun rolling out to all users.

Just think, if you actually used a built-in link shortener to paste links, you could change the underlying link to the document without worrying about where else you've posted it....

You should experience significant improvements in copy & paste of images within Teams, as well as to & from Teams. We are aware of a few remaining issues, but the most common cases are resolved.
Thanks again for your patience on this one.

This is a glaring omission in the fantastic Quick Reply concept. Adding the emojis would save me quite a few clicks -- whenever i just want to like it, I have to switch context from what I am doing, find the message, click like, and then return. With this implemented, I could simply click like (or another emoji) and move on with what I am doing. This happens to me hundreds of times per day. And I am one in a HUGE enterprise.
