    Yes, this is needed. Currently there is a "route the call" option to disconnect, redirect, or play menu options. If Menu Options is chosen, there should be an option of how many times to repeat the menu prompt, and then how to route the call if no option is selected, i.e. disconnect or redirect the call.

    What? We can't get a list of missed calls to a queue? Yes. Get this feature added. Like yesterday.

    We need this too. IT Services, customers sometimes text us, don't want them texting our tech's personal cellphones. Also we need to receive MFA verification texts for admin logins. Would love to switch to Teams phone system, but this is holding us back.
