    Just going to double check, I have many pinned chats, these may be getting in the way of the recent chat list. Going to try removing them all and see if that helps

    excellent, i second this, there must be more votes for this under a different title. once you have multiple chats in your list it is hard to distinguish if you get a message from a new or non frequent colleague. if they are near the bottom of the list you cannot easily find their thread. new messages should bump to the top.

    Yep, agree, as more work is to be done in teams we need quick easy navigation to our favorite or high touch areas.

    That big gap between Files and Feedback is wasted space! +1
    the ability to pin additional things they want there +1

    I agree with this and would expand it to be able to drag favorite chats to the left rail.
    if i am in the main channel and i want to quickly chat someone i have to hit chat and then scroll, search, find the person.
    if we could use some of the empty space on the rail to add shortcuts would be more productive.

    It looks like some people in the thread below have figured it out — we actually have this. You can start a chat both ways; the system will automatically recognize if this person is on Skype for Business or on Teams.

    That doesn't explain much Suphatra. how do i chat from teams to skype and skype to teams

    We know you are patiently waiting for this feature. This feature is being implemented in stages. Fast tenant switching is currently in testing both internally and with early customers. We expect to release to the public in the Fall. I’ll post an update once it’s rolling out.

    Full multi-tenant, multi-user support will be added after fast tenant switching.

    Agreed. We are at a customer site and expect to use both ours and their "Teams" instance. to increase speed of information this is critical. Also once signed in as the other company, I can no longer get back to my company. bug?
