Especially for simple voice calls, it should be possible to keep the call controls open on screen while working in other areas of teams. The in progress call UI does not need to dominate the entire teams windows.

Yeah, this is really annoying. I'm on iOS, I don't know if android is the same, but when I get an incoming teams call, I only have the option to slide to answer, no way to decline the call. I just have to wait until it quits ringing.
