The team has delivered improvements to the New Meeting experience in Calendar such as optional attendees, richer custom recurrence UX, as well as enhanced meeting RSVPs.

We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.

Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to announce that an option to choose between Windows 10 Native Notifications and Teams Notifications is included in our Dec 2020 Public Preview pack, and will be available to users who opt into Public Preview.

As we use Teams for intraoffice communication on support issues, we would need this functionality so that we can attached the communication thread to our tickets as we already do with email and " in ticket" comments. Not having this feature makes relying on Teams as our internal communication mechanism very difficult.

I need this sort of functionality for threads so that the communication can be imported and attached to our ticketing system as we already do for email communications. This would mean that the ability to export would have to be usable by non-administrative staff...
