@Derek Thrasher So.. it technically invites the whole channel so they ca n join the meeting if they want to and see the contents of the meeting like video recording and notes, and chat. It will not send an calendar invite though unless specifically invited. This seems like a logical middle ground. Think of it like a calendar invite as optional.Nick George shared this idea ·
We know you are patiently waiting for this feature. This feature is being implemented in stages. Fast tenant switching is currently in testing both internally and with early customers. We expect to release to the public in the Fall. I’ll post an update once it’s rolling out.
Full multi-tenant, multi-user support will be added after fast tenant switching.
As of June 21, 2018, Microsoft Teams for Surface Hub is now in preview for Windows Insiders. https://www.windowscentral.com/microsoft-teams-surface-hub-enters-preview-insiders
This is in internal testing. I don’t have exact timing for you, but wanted to let you know it is coming!
This feature request is still be reviewed by the feature team. No additional details are available at this time.

Yeah this would be amazing.. a lot of your user base are probably coders in some fashion.. keyboard shortcuts!
We’re fixing bugs identified in the comments, and other user reports we’ve received around markdown, but we’ve decided we’re not going to fundamentally change our markdown support.
This is the first time we’ve declined a request, and it didn’t come easily. We weighed this against other important features we’re working on to deliver and we had to make some tough choices.
Really appreciate your understanding on this, and please feel free to ping me if you have any questions, complaints, or need to rant.
I really like the suggestion of creating an alarm on a message, so you come back to it. I’ve passed this on to our engineering team.
Meanwhile, here’s another feature you can utilize for the same purpose — use our “bookmark” button, which is in the upper right corner of every message. This will save that message or thread directly to your profile. To access your saved messages, just click your face in the upper left corner of the product. You’ll see a tab in the left rail that says “Saved.” This is like a list of little reminders.
Hope that helps! :-)
This request is still on the backlog.
I’m switching the status to Partially Done.
