    I think you've misunderstood "Compact" - That's more about having a simple text layout without bubbles around every comment. Think 50 lines on screen at once rather than 5-10. kinda like one of those other well known persistent chat apps that most dev teams probably use.

    How can we tell if the update has made it's way to our tenant? I had a quick look - I can't see any differences.
    Can we get a true roadmap to show how "compact" teams is ever likely to get? Then we can make decisions on adoption over other more corporate style chat tools.

    Hi - Understand the incremental updates - But how obvious will it be to us admins that something has changed? I just logged on to take a look (we hardly use it), but I cannot tell if something gas changed...so we cannot say whether the incremental changes are any improvement...

    Ditto the thread comment below - Just don't see how they work in a busy channel.
    Why not offer user the ability to configure their own client display preferences - Avatars off, presence on/off, post tabbed after name etc.
    Also consider option to disable threading on a per team/channel basis.
