We are now preparing for the roll out of Tasks in Teams which will integrate additional features integrating To-Do and Planner. This includes additional list views that also extend to tabs in teams. Further announcements about additional integration in our overall Tasks coherence effort will follow.
You can follow the rollout via our Roadmap item: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=57213. To see a preview of the experience, please visit https://youtu.be/rTATVGroEsQ.

Adding email as a left tab panel remains under review. We are working on adding several Teams and email integrations:
- Share to Teams: Share a copy of an email and any attachments into a chat or channel directly from Outlook
- Share to Outlook: Share a copy of a channel or chat conversation via email directly from Teams
- Actionable Teams Activity Emails: Teams missed activity emails display the latest replies and allow you to reply directly from Outlook

As a general status I’m going to flag this as “on the backlog”.
However, here is the list breakdown for you all. :)
1) Image embedding.
-This is supported!2) Better Copy & Paste
-I would think is is asking for copy and paste between sections – this is -“on the backlog”3) Better Alerts,
-If this is a request for notification when someone changes a section you “own” or “follow” this is “on the backlog”4) Why isn’t there an equally capable Modern app.
-Not being considered at this time.5) Editing functions are terrible.
-This is “on the backlog” but making good progress… hope to have more details in the near future to share.6) Hyperlinks not recognized.
-This should be fixed already.7) The burger icon is so small (to expand the list of Wiki’s), couldnt find with a microscope. Make is screen- size dependant. Larger than…

The engineering team is continuing to work on adding support for multiple accounts on desktop clients. We will first launch support for 1 work/school account and 1 personal account so users can enjoy Teams for work and personal side-by-side. Windows and MacOS. Support for multiple work accounts is still being worked on and will come at a later date.
You can track status via the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/roadmap?searchterms=68845.
Thanks!

The team has updated the default sound for Teams notifications so it is more noticeable. We are in final testing, with a goal to release the new sound by the end of this quarter.

Thank you all very much for the great response. The survey is now closed. The feature team will be reviewing all the data that was gathered and responded based on the findings.
Again, thank you for helping us make Microsoft Teams the best it can be.

Absolutely agree with the comments here. Please also see my feedback - https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/17380159-improve-install-options-install-for-all-users-an
Not using UWP for installing Microsoft apps is insane. The current install causes no end of problems and is probably impossible for many enterprise users.

No, the connector isn't enough at all. It is one way and not a proper integration. Bad enough that we have 3 different chat options (4 if you include consumer Skype, 5 if you include SharePoint discussions) but having no option to integrate them in the "new" interface that is being pushed so hard is unacceptable.

The SharePoint sync via the "new" ODfB client seems as flaky as the old client. Caused us lots of problems with a Groups site including significant data loss. It got so bad that we had to stop using the Group site altogether and switched instead to a standard SharePoint site which seems to have fewer problems though sync is still unreliable except for ODfB itself.

I now have access to Teams channels on four different tenants.
Switching between them is slow and clunky. It would be far better if it were possible to be active on multiple tenants simultaneously. Switching between tenants as easily as switching channels & getting live updates from all.
