    100% agree that some option for reply needs to be added to chat as conversations can easily cover a variety of topics and it's tiresome to continuously have to type in "Re: Subject above:..." prior to a reply. Not doing so becomes easily confusing and frustrating.

    Thank you for your continued feedback. As many people have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. I’ll let you know when we have progress to share. Thanks.

    We started using Teams to have online meetings with external clients, which works in calendar invites. But after a meeting, if we have recorded a video and want to share with others in an external organization there is zero option to do so? makes no sense in a collaborative app like Teams. Im not even sure I can share it with the original attendees outside my Org?

    This is a huge issue when inviting attendees from outside your organization who are not familiar with teams at all. The software should immediately mute the Speakers (at least while the team's window is active) for any person who dials into the meeting audio conference (of course the only way to know would be to issue a unique PIN per attendee so you would know whos PC audio to mute.

    It not only wastes time but is embarrassing to have to go thru horrible feedback on these calls.

    My company is new to teams meetings but we have this issue also where people dial in and teams doesn't disconnect the sound on their PC/Laptop so there is a horrible echo and the only way to stop it is to ask the person(s) to fully mute their PC Sound. There needs to be a better way to note which audio option is in use per person.

    Alternately a 'mute all' option that includes PC Speakers if users are in the same room together.

    This is a must-have for any collaboration app such as teams. Marking content as unread is a basic tool but the need to set reminders in 20 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours or a specified time is a much more useful tool.
