The function for a custom greeting (both text to speech or upload sound file) for a teams group mailbox is very much required. It is very common business need to apply a custom greeting to a common voicemail box.

An allowance to enable / adjust CNAM in PowerShell and in the Teams Admin Center is really needed in Canada and other countries. I understand that not all countries do a database dip into a national database like in the USA but as carriers continue to expand their services and capabilities to deliver CNAM, Teams should be able to offer the native ability to originate and modify CNAM.

Adjusting CNAM via a cmdlet is an absolute must for many businesses. Though there is no national CNAM database outside of the USA, and I understand that not all carriers can/will support this, at the very least allow admins to make a best effort to send it.

Having a cmdlet to get and set a user's call forwarding, call delegation, simultaneous ringing would be most advantageous. Not having this poses unnecessary challenges by relying on the need to direct hundreds or thousands of users to set it up. It would also help in expediting troubleshooting. For example, when a user states their Teams client isn't getting calls. Maybe they're forwarded to home number or maybe to voicemail. It would be great to run get cmdlet to see why the call is going elsewhere and better still to run a set cmdlet to change the destination.
