    Delay is unacceptable and exhibited every time AA transfers out a call to a Call Queue (CC) or voicemail. Caller will experience between 8-10 second line silence, then hear the CC message. I have logged fault with MDFT O365 support. I use a third party to host my SBC connector. This would not be an issue if I just used an Microsoft SBC. Delay is routing related around MS-SBC.
