Just to see the screen differences with default settings, with focus feature and focus and full-screen feature ...

On small displays (laptops) it is impossible to read the shared screen. Please make a real fullscreen, button-taskbar can slide in (as it is in common use of other Microsoft products e.g. Skype)

With the features 'Focus' together with 'Full Screen' mode, the shared screen is still ~20% smaller as it could be.
Normally my counterparts are using the same screen size (company laptops).

Great improvement request, nothing to add.
Microsoft Teams ignore this globalization of the (IT) world completely, idea is now 1 year old!

Normally Teams is used parallel to Office. There it can be configured. Why is it not possible to use (if installed) the Office spell checks?
