    This is also an issue when you have MS Bot Framework chatbot enabled through MS Teams. We are using Adaptive Cards to enrich the user experience and as soon as the card is even slightly complex, we are seeing following error messages when trying to send it to end users:
    413 - RequestEntityTooLarge - Message size too large.

    The 28KB per message is way too small. Please increase this limit.
