   We have a right to clear history of calls and chat and it’s a
   GDPR principle, so if companies can't delete Chats I would argue they will be in breach.we are making Microsoft aware so if there is a breach in some form on our side Microsoft will be liable for penalties as they will be negligent as you have been made aware
