    Incredibly poor customer experience - customer hears nothing whilst transfer is in process & think that we've cut them off, so they hang up.

    Likely we'll have to move away from this system as we cannot have customers thinking that we've hung up on them.

    Functionality exists (& works) prior to New Meeting Experience.

    Workaround: Have to turn the New Meeting Experience off for all affected users -

    They just forgot to put the Transfer button on the new UI......
