Isn't it amazing how MS is so inept when it comes to accomplishing little things like this? Just give us an option list. 1) use system default, 2) join unmuted, 3) join muted. How difficult is this Microsoft? Heck, I could code this for you in a few minutes.

Don't hold your breath folks. M'soft runs on their own schedule. It often seems, the more urgent, the less interested they are.

To have a live event occupy the primary window for MS Teams with no option to move it is absolutely ludicrous. Yes, you can click on Chat, for example, and it will move to a small window. That's just not acceptable.

As a developer, one who developed many windows enterprise systems over the last 25 years, I have to call BS on this. How difficult is it to add a button to pop-out the window? This is a window, and If it's not, then I call more BS on MS shortsightedness.

On the flip-side... Just last night I had other users' calendar items show up in my teams calendar when I was NOT wanting to see them. One was a 1-1 meeting with a coworker and our manager. Something not right about that.
