    The lack of this feature prevents our sales from knowing who has responded to calls as they can't delete the missed call history, also as there is no longer a missed call notification via email (SFB had this feature) It makes it nearly impossible for our sales staff to know who has responded to missed calls from clients. We are having to resort to shared excel spreadsheets.
