If you can search by name you certainly should be able to search by department. We are using Teams as a replacement to our internal chat program. Our organization is quite large, and if someone needs to reach out to a specific department but doesn't know the name of someone in that specific department they have no starting point with the org chart. Also - PLEASE, the ability to pull up the entire org chart (tab on the side would be great).
