    I had the same issue and I have been searching for days!!
    But I have found a / the solution.

    The devices (6x HP Slice G2) were installed out of the box and we had chosen the current language / region: Dutch (Belgium).
    We needed to change them completely to English because the client is an international company.

    We changed the settings by going to the Administrator user, change language, keyboard, region ....
    Then we pushed this with the powershell script (C:\Users\Skype\ScriptLauchCache -> applycurrentregionandlanguage.ps1)
    After a reboot, the whole device (Skype user) is in the correct language.
    But when we clicked "Start new meeting" in the MTR app, we didn't get the correct language, we got the whole app in dutch.
    What I found as a solution was: Go to the MTR app settings and click on "reset the device".
    all you need to do then is log in, set your configuration back as it was before and voila, MTR app in the same language of the device.

    Took me a while to find this stupid solution, even reinstalled a couple of devices which just takes too long.
