We are working on a design with more density in mind. Until this design is solidified we are putting this item back to Under Review.

Well, our I/T dept finally pulled the plug on S4B, and now we are forced to use Team's TERRIBLE chat interface. It amazes me how a development team that is bound to be comprised of really smart individuals could put out a chat interface so mind-bogglingly awful, and that they can ignore user feedback on the issue that has been reported in sufficient volumes to keep the topic at the top of the "Please Fix" list for more than 4 years.
I know that I'm not saying anything that hasn't been said by countless others, but for an application with a single simple purpose of chat communications to take up over 1/3 the width of a user's screen, and to contain almost 60% blank (empty) space (unnecessary margins, unhideable tool bars, etc.) is inexcusable. I certainly would not ever choose to use this application if there were any other option offered by my I/T department.
